Spam Email from tranquanbao83@gmail.com, a forged YouNet’s name

Breaking news for phpFox Community!
Recently, we’ve received a message from our Client expressed that he is receiving an email from tranquanbao83@gmail.com offering some kind of services in order to open a new business such as:
- Discount 50% off
- Asking for Admin and FTP account
- Customized service at a low rate: $10-$15 (they use wrong format 10$-15$)
- Etc
Please note that such kind of forged email is NOT sent by me, Tran Quan Bao – Product Manager of YouNet Company. If you receive this kind of email, kindly help us reporting this issue by forwarding this email to support@younetco.com
Here are a few rules of thumb for discerning the difference between a real service from YouNet and a fake one:
- Official emails MUST be sent by younetco.com domain.
- All payments MUST be made through YouNet System (phpfox.younetco.com) or YouNet Freshbook Account System link.
- We provide Support Ticket System, and if you receive an email from our staff, it MUST be sent from younetco.com domain.
To protect yourself, we are strongly recommended NOT to work with tranquanbao83@gmail.com or purchase any product from such kind of offer. Since it’s NOT a service from YouNet, thus we will not respond to any issues and will not be responsible for any problems that come from purchasing such kind of offer.
