However, using two platforms at one time may confuse your members as well as cause inconveniences for them. - Allow members to communicate with admin by submitting ticket directly on phpFox site
- Members receive notification when their tickets are answered
- New registered users will receive notification which would notify about OsTicket on your site.
- Simultaneous logging in between OsTicket and phpFox site
