After installing this module, when a member would like to communicate with you, no longer will he have to navigate away to OsTicket to submit a ticket but doing it directly on your site.

In a word, this module will make your system more simple to members since all their actions happen on your site only.

  • Allow members to communicate with admin by submitting ticket directly on phpFox site

Back-End

  • Manage Setting. View Photo
    • Secret Key: you yourself will type this key on your phpFox site in such a way that it is matched with Security Code on your OsTicket system.
    • Osticket URL: copy and paste your OsTicket’s URL here
    • Action when user change email: 
      • Change OsTicket email silently: when members change the email in their profile, OsTicket email which they are using to submit ticket will be automatically changed without any notification.
      • Notify user to change OsTicket Email: when members change the email in their profile, a panel will be popped-up asking if members would like to change their Osticket email also. View Photo
      • Keep old ticket email address: when members change the email in their profile, their OsTicket emails still remain the same.
    • Message for new user: as saying above, when new registered members log in, they will receive notification, this allows you to edit the content of the notification.
    • Captcha Authorization
  • Integration Settings (on OsTicket system). View Photo
    • Security Code: you yourself will type this key on your OsTicket system in such a way that it is matched with Secret Key on your phpFox site.
