Job Posting 3.02 Released!

The long awaiting update of Job Posting has arrived. In this version, you’ll find features that you longed for as well as improvements and a few bug fixes from previous version.

Job Posting now allows users to post multiple companies and number of companies posted are regulated by admin settings. In addition, users can activate/deactivate their own company. One of the missing features, job location,  that a lot of clients asks, is finally available in this new version. Users are now able to add location for job posted. Ownership of a company is now transferable in admin panel. Mobile view support, for which we have received a lot of requests, is also updated in this version.

Aside from additional features, we also make some improvements to existing functionality. In previous version, notifications are only sent within your community but now guess what, they are also sent as email notifications to users so that they don’t have to check up your site everyday to get update on the job they apply for. Search function is also improved by adding filters such as location and category. There are also admin settings to help you manage jobs and companies better.

• Support custom field for company and job. 
• Allow users to post multiple companies. Numbers of companies can be posted by users are regulated by a setting in admin panel. 
• Allow users to view their companies as list view. User can edit/activate/deactivate/delete company in the list. 
• Add option to activate/deactivate a company on company detail page. 
• Transfer owner of a company in admin tab when editing it. 
• Add location field on job creation page.
• Add a setting to allow setting Upload Resume as the required field (only show this setting if the community has plugin Resume as well).
• Improve search ability: can search job by category, country, city. 
• Privacy settings for admins of a company. 
• When a company is published, data should be validated before showing popup payment confirmation. 
• Mobile view support.
